FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you offer 24/7 access?
    Yes we do. You can use your phone (via phone app) to unlock/ lock in the morning, evening and weekend. Come as early and stay as you like!
  • Do I need to book a Hot Desk in advance?
    No, feel free to pop in on the day. No bookings are required within business hours. For extended hours bookings will need to be made in advance.
  • What is parking like and how much is it?
    We have plenty of FREE parking on site in unallocated parks. We also have plenty of street parking.
  • Does Fleks provide catering for my next event/ meeting/ workshop?
    Yes, we do provide in-house catering. Fleks can provide a range of savoury/ sweet grazing platters, fruit platters and tea/ coffee stations. We cater anywhere from 3 to 50 people. Cafe Purple (next door) can also provide warm meals/ snacks and barista coffee. Delivery to Fleks available. We are also open to clients bringing in their own catering. Please mention with booking as a cleaning fee may be applicable.
  • What sort of signage and promotion do you offer?
    If you are a full time in-house member of Fleks you get a sign in reception. If you have an office you also get a sign on the door to your office. We also add you to our website directory. We do our best to promote and support you and your events online and in-house.
  • Is the coworking space air conditioned?
    Our entire space is air conditioned.
  • Do you offer mail handling?
    Yes, mail handling is included with all memberships including Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks, Private Offices, Virtual Membership . If you only require mail handling and an address the Virtual Membership is your best option.
